Mr. Brun serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SARR Group, LLC, since 2006. He is currently Vice Chairman and Senior Advisor of G100 Companies, a unique business partnership that combines the world’s best C-level learning communities with premier professional services firms. He also served as an Advisor of TL Ventures. He serves as an Executive Advisor of CCMP Capital Advisors, LP and served as its Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations from 2011 to 2013. He has 30 years of investment banking, commercial banking and financial advisory experience. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of CDK Global, Inc. since September 30, 2014. He was Independent Chairman of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. since November 16, 2011 until January 2, 2019 and has been its Independent Director since 2007 and serves as its Lead Independent Director. He served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. from November 2007 to November 10, 2015 and served as its Independent Director from January 30, 2003 to November 10, 2015. He served as Chairman of the US. Small Business Administration’s S.B.I.C. Advisory Council. Mr. Brun served as Chairman Emeritus and Director of Hamilton Lane Advisors. He has been a Director of Corning Inc. since July 18, 2018. He serves as a Director of Opus Entertainment, Global Alternative Asset Management, Inc. and Richcourt Fund Advisors (Richcourt Group). He has been an Independent Director of Merck & Co., Inc. since July 22, 2008 and serves as its Lead Independent Director since 2014. He served as an Independent Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company since November 1, 2015 until May 22, 2018. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Guardian Capital Partners. He served as a Director of Fortune Management, Inc. from July 4, 2006 to February 26, 2008.
