He serves as the Principal of the Ohio Longitudinal Data Archive, a statewide organization that archives Ohio administrative education, program and service records within a secure environment for longitudinal and cross-agency analysis. Using this data, Professor Hawley has led the development of several dashboards, scorecards, and different data tools for government. In particular, the Workforce Supply Dashboard provides estimates of workforce supply for in-demand occupations for the OhioMeansJobs website and the Office of Workforce Transformation hosts the Workforce Success Measures dashboard, which measures the effectiveness of the state’s major workforce training initiatives. Additional tools have been developed with the Ohio Department of Education on student dropout prevention. |
