Notes Objective: X Segment Users set up their product within 24 hours of receiving the product. The innovation team saw that they needed insight and strategy ​on activating a specific client segment. Objective:X Segment Users do Y behavior within Z days. The innovation team needed a Behavior Design Audit to understand why specific results were not happening and what they could do about it. ​ The client received a Behavior Design Audit with granular changes to test (previously at Simplicity Labs). The client received strategy calls and behavior-design personas to achieve the objective.
