Mr. Lubert has more than 17 years of highly successful capital raising and private investing experience. Mr Lubert is the founder of Independence Capital Partners and is a principal and co-founder of seven active private investment funds with over $6 billion in capital commitments under management including Lubert-Adler, LLR Partners, LEM Mezzanine Real Estate, Quaker Bioventures, Chrysalis Capital, Rubenstein Property and LBC Credit Partners. Co-founded Radnor Venture Partners/TL Ventures, a family of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. affiliated venture funds with over $1 billion of capital under management. Former Chairman of the Board and President of CompuCom Systems, a microcomputer reseller with $2 billion in annual revenues. IBM Sales Executive and President of IBM's prestigious "100% Club". Board memberships: Eureka-GGN, PREIT (NYSE: PEI), Thomas Jefferson University, The Franklin Institute, The Prince Music Theatre and The Wistar Institute and served on the Board of Trustees of Penn State for five years.
