Nominated Term expires in 2011. Ms. McAllister has been a partner in the Washington D. C. office of the law firm of LeClair & Ryan LLP based in Richmond, Va. since October 2007. She previously served as a partner in the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo P. C. from July 2005 to October 2007. Ms. McAllister served as the Corporate Diversity Counsel practice group chair and in the public law and policy strategies group of the Washington, D.C. law firm office of Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, LLP from 2003 to July 2005. She serves on the Board of Directors of United Rentals, Inc. Ms. McAllister has served as a Director of IPL (or predecessor companies), WPL and Resources since 2001. Ms. McAllister is Chairperson of the Compensation and Personnel Committee. The Board of Directors unanimously recommends a vote FOR all nominees for election as directors.
