Corbett A Price

Corbett A. Price, of New York City was appointed by The Ohio State University Board of Trustees to serve as a Charter Trustee for a three-year term. Mr. Price serves as Chairman and CEO of Quantix Health Capital, LLC, a healthcare financial advisory firm. Mr. Price also serves as CEO of Kurron Capital, LLC, a healthcare private equity firm, and is the Founder and Chairman of Kurron & Company, Inc., a management consulting firm that manages healthcare companies in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to the formation of Kurron, Mr. Price served in a senior capacity at HCA healthcare company, most recently as Vice President and head of the Mid-Atlantic division where he directed the operational and financial activities of twenty-five healthcare business units—including hospitals, urgent care centers, physicians groups, elder homes, and home health agencies. Mr. Price also served as Chairman and CEO of Health Risk Management (Nasdaq-HRMI), a multi-faceted healthcare services company that was comprised of a third-party claims administrator, a clinical decision software firm, and two HMO companies consisting of 80,000 members. Mr. Price serves on a number of boards of businesses and charitable organizations including the Dean’s Advisory Council of Fisher College of Business and the Mental Health Association. He has also served on the boards of The Ohio State University Medical Center and The Ohio State University Foundation. Mr. Price previously served on the boards of AccuHealth, Inc., a Nasdaq-traded company, and Visions, a not-for-profit organization focusing on the visually impaired.
