Edward W Rose III

EDWARD W. ROSE, III, was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Drew Industries from March 1984 to December 31, 2008. For more than the past five years, Mr. Rose has been President and sole stockholder of Cardinal Investment Company, Inc., an investment firm. Mr. Rose also served as a director of ACE Cash Express, Inc., a publicly-owned company engaged in check cashing services, until its sale in October 2006. From April 1999 to January 2003, Mr. Rose was a director of TX C.C., Inc., a privately-owned restaurant chain, against which an involuntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code was filed on February 21, 2003 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
