It was a difficult decision to leave JPMorgan Chase & Co. after 33 years to join US Bank, Mary Martuscelli said. After all, that represented her entire banking career. She started her new role Sept. 24 as Western regional president for US Bank’s private banking business, leaving her position as managing director of private banking for Chase’s Arizona, Nevada and Utah markets.
