Andrew R Morse

Andrew R. Morse, also known as Andy, has been Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of Morse, Towey and White since July 31, 2010. Mr. Morse served as a Senior Vice President of Investments of the Morse Group at UBS PaineWebber Inc., since October 2001. He served as a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of UBS Financial Services, Inc. from October 2001 to July 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Salomon Smith Barney Inc. of New York and its predecessor, Smith Barney Inc. from March 1993 to October 2001. Mr. Morse serves as Chairman of Class Agents (1968) of Yale University. He serves as Lead Independent Director at SEACOR Holdings Inc. and has been its Independent Director since June 1998. He has been a Director of Seacor Smit Inc. since June 1998 and serves as Member of the Stock Option and Executive Compensation Committee. He serves as Director of HighTower Advisors, LLC. He served as a Director of Seabulk International, Inc., both before and following its merger with SEACOR Holdings in July 2005 until March 2006. In December 2015, he became a Member of the Board of Managers at KGP Realty, a private residential property management company. Mr. Morse sits on numerous philanthropic boards and is Treasurer of the American Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science and serves on the Management Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel.
