Gary L Collar

Gary Collar is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Europe, Africa and the Mid-East region (EAME). Mr. Collar is responsible for all brands within the region, with the exception of the Challenger brand. His responsibilities include the Massey-Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra and SISU Diesel brands as well as the Parts Distribution and Customer Service operations. He was appointed to his current position in January 2004. Mr. Collar previously served as Vice President of Market Development, Worldwide for the Challenger Division, after joining AGCO in 2002. Mr. Collar has previously held various senior management positions within several divisions at ZF Friedrichshaven A.G. between 1994 and 2002. These assignments included President and CEO of the company’s Joint Venture producing steering systems for the North American automotive market, and Vice President, Business Development for the automotive group. Prior to this, he was employed by Caterpillar and the Caterpillar Dealer organization. Mr. Collar holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University.
