Randy Hoffman was appointed Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for AGCO in January 2005. He is responsible for the distribution, marketing, product development strategy, revenue growth and profitability of all AGCO brands. Also, he is responsible for the corporate communication, global parts and product service/reliability areas of the corporation. Hoffman was previously Vice President and General Manager of the Challenger Division Worldwide. He has been employed with AGCO since 1995 and has been instrumental in the progress of the company through key management positions as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America, Vice President of Dealer Operations for North America and Marketing Manager for the White and New Idea product lines. Prior to coming to AGCO, Hoffman spent 20 years in University Administration at three different universities. Hoffman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies, along with a Master’s Degree in Administration from the University of Maryland.
