Thomas W. Bunn is Vice Chair of KeyCorp and is responsible for Key National Banking. Key National Banking includes Key Corporate and Investment Banking, Key National Finance and Victory Capital Management. Key Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate finance, leasing, cash management, investment banking, capital markets and financial risk-management advice and solutions to Key's corporate, real estate and institutional clients worldwide. Key National Finance includes Key Equipment Finance and Key Education Resources. Victory Capital Management is Key's asset and mutual fund management business. Tom joined Key in March 2002, as senior executive vice president of Key's Corporate Finance Group. In July 2005, Tom was named to his present post. Prior to joining Key, Mr. Bunn was with Bank of America for 23 years where he was Managing Director and Head of Global Debt Capital Markets. While at Bank of America, he founded the company's Global Syndicated Finance business, and led the formation of the Global Leveraged Finance business. He also had responsibility for the bank's corporate and investment banking activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Bunn holds a bachelor's degree in business from Wake Forest University (1975) and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1977). He is a member of the Board of Visitors of the Babcock Graduate School of Business at Wake Forest University. Mr. Bunn is also a member of the Board of Trustees for The Nature Conservancy of Ohio and in January 2008, Mr. Bunn joined The MetroHealth Foundation Board of Directors. Mr. Bunn graduated as a member of the Leadership Cleveland's Class of 2004.
