Robert W. Holleyman II serves as Deputy United States Trade Representative with the rank of Ambassador at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. Ambassador Holleyman’s responsibilities include trade and investment relations with China, India, and the countries in South and Central Asia, as well as trade negotiations and policy coordination in the areas of services, investment, and intellectual property and innovation. In addition, he serves as a member of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Robert Holleyman previously served as the CEO of Cloud4Growth, a cloud technology development company that he founded in 2013. Prior to founding Cloud4Growth, Holleyman was the President and CEO of BSA | The Software Alliance from 1990 to 2013. Holleyman also served as Senior Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, as well as the Legislative Director and Assistant to former U.S. Senator Russell B. Long. Ambassador Holleyman received his J.D. from Louisiana State University, and his undergraduate degree from Trinity University.
