Raymond E. Pinard began his business career in 1980 as an accountant for manufacturing companies . In 1984 he became controller for a major roofing contractor. In 1987, he moved on to assume the role of vice president of finance at an aerospace parts manufacturing firm, eventually taking a minority shareholder position in one of the company’s subsidiaries. Utilizing his financial and business management expertise, Mr. Pinard started a consulting firm in 1993, R. E. Pinard & Co., Inc., Corporate Value Specialists©, Manchester, NH. His unique ability focused on corporate financial and management advisory services, strategic planning, business valuations, and investment banking services. He sold the firm in June 2005. In 2005, Mr. Pinard was approached by the directors of St. Mary’s Bank, the Nations First Credit Union®, Manchester, NH. Having served on the board of directors for three years he was hired in June 2005 as executive vice president and chief operating officer, with the intention that he would assume the presidency in 2008. He oversaw consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending, in addition to deposit and loan operations, and marketing. After nine months with the bank, he decided to return to consulting and separated amicably from St. Mary’s Bank. In April 2006, Mr. Pinard reentered the consulting arena under the name Monticello Group. The firm focuses on working with top-level business executives in providing Vision-Focus-Results© for their business. Following his consultation in the spring and summer of 2006 with executives at 48HourPrint.com, a web-to-print national commercial printing company headquartered in Boston, he was asked by the company’s directors to assume the role of interim CEO , then the a permanent role as president & CEO.
