Andrew Parham

He joined Knowledge International LLC (KI) from his final post as the Production Requirements Manager for the DoD F-35 Program and was the chief architect of the Lot 12-14 Block Buy. He has extensive experience working with the Indian sub-continent and Sri Lanka with responsibilities for defense sales and government policy. As a former accredited British diplomat, he served as the Empowered Official for the British Ministry of Defense in the British Embassy, Washington DC. Here he managed all of the UK’s responsibilities to the US Government under US Dept. of State and Dept. of Commerce International Trade Compliance regulations. He also served as a subject matter expert lecturer for the British Defense Academy on US Export Control Law.
