Mukesh Bajaj

Mukesh Bajaj is a Senior Consultant in CRA’s Finance Practice. Dr. Bajaj is a testifying expert and has managed hundreds of consulting and litigation support assignments involving economic and financial issues. He was previously Managing Director and Global Head of the Securities & Finance Practice at Navigant. Prior to that, Dr. Bajaj founded AFE Consulting and served as its President. Dr. Bajaj has taught corporate finance, investments, and financial engineering courses in the MBA and Masters in Financial Engineering programs at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to his consulting practice, He was an assistant professor of finance and business economics at the University of Southern California where he taught undergraduate and graduate courses in finance.
