Neil Sunkin is a former Litigation Partner of the national law firm of Arter & Hadden, LLP and a former Counsel of First Interstate Bank of California. Neil was Chair of the Business Litigation section of the California Offices of Arter & Hadden. He formed Law Office of Neil M. Sunkin in 2003, after practicing in large law firms and corporate law departments for more than 20 years. Neil has focused on civil litigation since 1985. Neil served as the Co-Chair of the Business and Real Estate Law Section of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association for several years. Neil was selected to serve as a Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court. Originally from New York City, Neil, practiced law in Dallas, Texas before moving to Los Angeles in 1991.
