Kathleen B Cooper

Kathleen B. Cooper Class III, Term Expires May 2010. Director since 2006. Dr. Cooper was appointed senior fellow of the Tower Center for Political Studies at Southern Methodist University in August of 2007. For two previous academic years she served as dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of North Texas. From May 2001 until August 2005, she served as under secretary for economic affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
