Ann Maynard Gray

Director of Duke Energy or its predecessor companies since 1994. Former Vice President, ABC, Inc. and. Former President, Diversified Publishing Group of ABC, Inc. Ms. Gray was President, Diversified Publishing Group of ABC, Inc., a television, radio and publishing company, from 1991 until 1997, and was a Corporate Vice President of ABC, Inc. and its predecessors from 1979 to 1998. Ms. Gray has served as a director for various public companies, including Duke Energy Corporation, for a number of years. She is currently a director of Elan Corporation, plc and The Phoenix Companies, Inc.
