Erik Ragatz

Erik joined H&F in 2001 and leads the Firm’s efforts to invest in the retail, consumer and industrial sectors. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of SnapAV, Grocery Outlet, and Associated Materials and is a Director of Caliber Collision. He was formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors of Goodman Global and ABRA and a Director of LPL, Sheridan and Texas Genco. Prior to H&F, Erik was employed by Bain Capital in Boston and Sydney.
