Robert Henske

Mr. Henske is a Senior Advisor at Hellman & Friedman. He was formerly a Managing Director at the firm. He is a member of the Board of Directors of OpenLink Financial LLC, and was formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors of Activant Solutions, Inc., IRIS Software Group Limited, SSP Holdings plc, Ellucian and OpenLink Financial LLC, and formerly a Director of Applied Systems, Inc., Goodman Global, Inc. and Associated Materials, LLC. Prior to joining the Firm in 2007, Mr. Henske was the General Manager of the Consumer Tax Group (TurboTax) and the Chief Financial Officer at Intuit. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Synopsys, a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners (Robert M. Bass Group), the Chief Financial Officer at American Savings Bank and a Partner at Bain & Company. He is a member of the Board of Directors of VeriFone Holdings, Inc. and was formerly a Director of Williams Scotsman, Inc., Grove Worldwide L.L.C., Reliant Building Products Inc. and American Savings Bank. Mr. Henske graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and earned an MBA, with Distinction, from the Wharton School.
