Donald Tang is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CSIP Group. Prior to his current position, Donald Tang served as Vice Chairman, Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., and Chairman of Bear Stearns Asia. Donald was also Chairman and President of Bear Stearns International Holdings. Donald joined Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in 1992 in Los Angeles as Senior Managing Director. He was transferred to Hong Kong to become President and Chief Executive Officer of Bear Stearns Asia—he later was named Chairman. Donald was elected to the Board of Directors of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc in 1997 and was named Vice Chairman in 2001. At Harvard University Donald is an Asia Programs Senior Fellow at the Ash Institute for Democratic Governance and Innovation at the John F. Kennedy School of Government. He delivered the 2010 Wharton Asia Business Conference keynote address. Donald Tang serves as: Trustee of the RAND Corporation where he is also a Member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Asia Pacific Policy and Chairman of its Banking Reform Committee on China; Member of the Board of Councilors of the China US Center for Sustainable Development and Chair the China-US People to People Partnership Initiative; Trustee of California Institute of Technology; Advisory Committee Member, Harvard University Asia Center; Trustee Emeritus of Asia Society; Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, Board of Trustees Member; former Trustee of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art; Member of the Committee of 100; Member of Board of Councilors of the USC Annenberg School for Communication; Member of Board of UCLA Medical Center.
