Joe Sanberg

Joe is an entrepreneur and investor who has worked through the public and private sectors to make people’s lives better. He is Co-Founder of Aspiration.com, an online financial institution that delivers banking, investing and spending services for values driven consumers. Joe is also Co-Founder of Pt Capital, a private equity firm that invests in mature telecommunications, hospitality and transportation companies that operate in Alaska, the Pacific Northwest and Scandinavia. Joe founded CalEITC4Me, which is a non-profit organizing program that serves over 1.5 million low-income Californians each year by helping them get over $2 billion of federal and state Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC) to make their work pay better. He began his career at Blackstone and Tiger Global. Joe was raised by his mom in Southern California and earned his A.B., Magna Cum Laude, in Government from Harvard University.
