Bill Waybourn

Waybourn has a history of military and police service, and was the youngest police chief in the state of Texas. He is also president of Peace Officer's Angels Foundation and cares about protecting the fatherless. He and his wife, Laura, have 10 kids (8 adopted). Supports the The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 Section 287(g) in Tarrant County, Texas. 287(g) is a program that provides local law enforcement entities the opportunity to partner with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and train local officers to perform immigration law enforcement functions.
