Will Kinzel is the Vice President of Molson Coors Beverage Company (commonly known as Molson Coors), a Canadian multinational drink and brewing company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to that, he served as the Government Affairs Managing Director for Delta Airlines for over five years. As Managing Director, Government Affairs, for Delta Air Lines, Will Kinzel is the lead company liaison to Republican elected officials in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. In this capacity, he covers the full range of federal policy issues affecting the company, including transportation, energy, health care, labor, foreign affairs, homeland security, taxes, and trade. Prior to joining Delta, Will served as the Assistant for Policy to Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH). In this role, he advised the Speaker on a range of issues, including transportation matters, campaign finance and election law, and Congressional oversight activities. He also served as a counsel to the Speaker, managing the Speaker’s involvement in outside litigation and was the principal liaison to the House Republican Conference to governors and other state and local officials. Before joining Congressman Boehner’s leadership team in 2009, Will was the Director of Government Affairs at the Republican National Committee (RNC), where he served as a liaison between the RNC and Congressional leadership as well as between the RNC and the government affairs community in Washington, DC. Will received his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and his law degree from The George Washington University Law School. In addition to the portfolio of federal issues, Will guides company strategy on international, regulatory, state, and local levels.
