Susie Huang is a Vice Chairman and Global Co-Head of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, based in New York. She is a member of Morgan Stanley's Operating and Management Committees. She previously served as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Americas. Over the course of her 30+ year career at Morgan Stanley, Ms. Huang has advised some of the Firm's largest clients on mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures and recapitalizations. She began her career at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department and returned to the department as an Associate upon receipt of her JD/MBA. She worked in the Firm's Hong Kong office from 1993-1994 and was named Managing Director in 1999. In addition to serving on Dartmouth's Board of Trustees, Ms. Huang is a member of the Board of Directors of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. She earned an AB in History from Dartmouth College and a JD/MBA from Columbia University.
