Paula Mandle

Ms. Mandle joined The Swarthmore Group in 1995. She has more than nineteen years of experience in the investment industry and is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mandle obtained her management experience with positions within the insurance and consulting industries. She currently serves as a Director on the Thomas Jefferson University Board of Directors. Ms. Mandle was appointed by the Governor of Pennsylvania to the Public Employees’ Retirement Commission and served from 2002 through 2008. As a commissioner, she oversaw the administration and adequate funding of Pennsylvania government pensions. She holds a B.S. degree in Physics from Susquehanna University, and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
