Ted G Kamatchus

Mr. Kamatchus recently retired as Sheriff of Marshall County, Iowa, after serving in that role for 29 years. He began his law enforcement career in 1977 as a police officer in Le Center, Minnesota, and went on to serve in police departments in Waterville and Saint Peter, Minnesota, as well as Marshalltown, Iowa. Mr. Kamatchus served as President of the National Sheriffs’ Association from 2006 to 2007, and President of the Iowa State Sheriffs and Deputies Association from 2000 to 2001.
