Andrew Moffit is director of Industry Learning at McKinsey. The Industry Learning team delivers learning programs and capability-building opportunities to over 10,000 consultants globally, with personal responsibility for the offerings of the firm's 21 Industry Practices.
From 1991-1993, Moffit taught elementary school in an inner-city school in Houston, Texas as a corps member of Teach for America.
He is a graduate of University of Michigan, Oxford University, and Yale Law School. Moffit previously served as an adjunct lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
