Gina Marie Raimondo, a daughter of Josephine and Joseph Raimondo of Greenville, R.I., was married yesterday to Andrew Kind Moffit, a son of Gisela and Thompson C. Moffit of Mount Pleasant, Mich. The Rev. Michael K. Holleran performed the ceremony at the Roman Catholic Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul in Providence, R.I. The bride, who graduated from Harvard, and bridegroom, a graduate of the University of Michigan, received law degrees from Yale. They met at Oxford University in England, where the bride was a Rhodes Scholar and received a master's degree in sociology and where the bridegroom received a master's degree in comparative social research. Ms. Raimondo, 30, is keeping her name. She is the senior vice president for fund development at Village Ventures, a company in New York that invests in technology businesses. Her father, who is retired, was a chemist in the Providence factory of the Bulova Corporation. Her mother is on the board of St. Philip's School in Greenville, from which the bride graduated. Mr. Moffit, 32, is an associate in New York for McKinsey & Company, the management consulting firm. His mother is a professor of German language and literature at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant; his father retired as a professor of education there.
