Jonathan G. Granoff has been a Director of Sentry Technology Corp. since January 8, 2001. Mr. Granoff serves as the President of the Global Security Institute and United Nations representative for Lawyers Alliance for World Security. He is an Adjunct Professor International Law Widener University School of Law. Mr. Granoff has been in the practice of law since 1979. He serves as Senior Advisor to the Nobel Peace Laureate Summit Secretariat. Mr. Granoff has lectured worldwide emphasizing the legal, ethical and spiritual dimensions of human development and security, with a specific focus on the threats posed by nuclear weapons. Formerly Mr. Granoff served at Nutri Systems Inc. as an attorney and Director of Franchising. He has given expert testimony in the US Congress and parliaments of the UK and Canada and United Nations Secretary General’s Disarmament Advisory Board. Mr. Granoff had a long and successful career as an attorney in Philadelphia from 1980-2001 until he became President of GSI. He is also Chairman of the American Bar Association Committee on Arms Control and Disarmament. He serves as Chair of Task Force on Nuclear Nonproliferation of American Bar Association International Law Section. He serves as a Director at XCINEX Corporation. He serves on numerous governing and advisory boards including the Global Dialogue Institute, Middle Powers Initiative, Jane Goodall Institute, Lawyers Committee on Nuclear Policy, Sentry Technology Corporation, Humanistic Robotics Inc., and the Bipartisan Security Group. He is a prolific writer with more than 100 publications. He is a Nobel Peace Prize Nominee for 2014. He holds BA Cum Laude Vassar College from 1970 and JD from Rutgers University School of Law in 1976.
