Lauren Randall

LAUREN K. RANDALL is an associate in the Healthcare group in the Washington, D.C., office. Ms. Randall's practice focuses primarily on regulatory, compliance, and legislative matters, including Medicare and Medicaid policy; Medicare coverage, coding, and reimbursement; government price reporting for pharmaceutical products; distribution; and healthcare compliance programs. She has assisted in conducting internal investigations relating to pharmaceutical promotional practices, such as anti-kickback issues and potential off-label promotion, and has lobbied on behalf of clients on federal healthcare issues. Ms. Randall represents a wide range of clients, including pharmaceutical and biological manufacturers, hospitals, durable medical equipment suppliers, medical device companies, healthcare plans, and healthcare trade associations. Ms. Randall graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in 2004, where she served as the Associate Articles Editor on the American University Law Review. She received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with high distinction and with honors from the Pennsylvania State University in 2001.
