Mr. Wallace started his career as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and has also served as a former Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Wallace has litigated numerous patents in the fields of communications satellites, data transmission, Internet business methods, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and semiconductors. Mr. Wallace is a Member of the Advisory Board of BNA’s Patent, Trademark and Copyright Journal, a former Chairman of ABA’s Patent, Trademark and Knowhow Committee, Antitrust Section, and a former Chairman of the ABA Task Force on Pending Legislation, Antitrust Section. Mr. Wallace is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He earned his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Associate Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
