Mark M. Gambill is Independent Director of Speedway Motorsports Inc. Mr. Gambill worked for Wheat First Securities from 1972, including serving as chairman of the underwriting committee, until it was sold to First Union Corporation in 1998. Mr. Gambill was President of Wheat First Butcher Singer at the time of sale. Mr. Gambill left First Union in 1999. Mr. Gambill has been Chairman of Cary Street Partners, a financial advisory and wealth management firm, since 2002. Mr. Gambill served as a member of the board of managers of MA from its formation through 2010. Mr. Gambill also serves as a director of New Market Corporation and Triangle Capital Corporation.
