Karl J Krapek

Karl J. Krapek is 59 years old, and he has been a director of the Company since February 2003. Mr. Krapek is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of United Technologies Corporation, a global supplier of aerospace and building systems products, a position he held from April 1999 to January 2002. Prior to that he served as President of United Technologies' Pratt and Whitney division since 1992.
