Marion Hunt

Marion was born in Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of New York University, has lived in Europe but mostly in California for decades beginning with ten years in Motion Picture and Television, producing both documentaries and features. For the last 25 years she has been focusing on environmental issues in philanthropy, looking especially for root cause solutions. She has been a Trustee of the Roy A Hunt Foundation for over 35 years where she helped develop the environmental grant program and is a Program Officer for that program. Her interests are environmental heath, climate change and food systems with a keen interest in policy advancement. In addition to Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute she also serves on the board of Product Policy Institute now called "UPSTREAM". She formerly served on the board of Friends of the Earth for 14 years. She has been a member of Environmental Grantmakers for 20 yrs and has served on program committees. Marion has been a zen and Yoga practitioner for 30 years
