She also handles appropriations issues for a wide variety of clients. Subsequent to her Commerce Committee post, Ms. Link served on the Senate Committee on Appropriations, where she was responsible for funding recommendations for all US trade agencies and the Department of Commerce, including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, International Trade Administration and National Telecommunications and Information Administration. She also oversaw appropriations for the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the Maritime Administration and the Small Business Administration.
