Robert B Coutts

ROBERT B. COUTTS, retired effective March 31, 2008, as Executive Vice President of the Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Coutts served as Executive Vice President, Electronic Systems of Lockheed Martin from 1999 until he assumed his current position in September 2007. Prior to his tenure with Lockheed Martin, Mr. Coutts held senior management positions over a 20-year period with the General Electric Company and Martin Marietta Company. In addition, he is a director of K Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Coutts is 57 years old and has been a director since July 2007. He is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee and the Finance and Pension Committee. If elected, Mr. Coutts' term will expire at the 2011 Annual Meeting.
