Mr. Heath was appointed to his current position in January 2005. He previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the F-22 Raptor Program. In that capacity, he led the transition of this $4 billion annual program from prototype to full-rate production. Joining the company in 1975 as an F-16 design engineer, Mr. Heath progressed through a broad range of positions in engineering, logistics, advanced development, program management, manufacturing, and business development. A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Heath served four years as a Combat Engineer Officer and was qualified as an Airborne Ranger. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
