REBECCA A. STIRN has been a member of the Board of Directors since May 11, 1999. Since October 2004, she has served as a director, President and Chief Financial Officer of Aesthetic Sciences Corporation, a company developing innovative medical device products. From 1999 to 2005, she served as a business consultant. From January 1996 until September 1999, she was Vice President, Sales and Marketing of North America and Vice President of Global Marketing of Collagen Aesthetics, Inc. (formerly Collagen Corporation), which developed, manufactured and sold biomedical products.
