Carrie Tolstedt is responsible for retail, small business and business banking at Wells Fargo: 23 states, $255 billion in assets, 63,700 team members, more than 3,330 banking stores, over 6,950 ATMs, and almost 11.2 million retail banking households, including 1.6 million small business and business banking households. Community Banking serves four primary customer segments: mass market, upper mass affluent, small business and business banking. Carrie also leads the Distribution Strategies and Services Group, Sales, Service and Development, Enterprise Marketing, Consumer Deposits Product Group and Diversified Products, which includes the National Home Equity Group, Business Deposits Product Group, Business Direct, Auto Finance, SBA Lending, Merchant Payment Services, and Business Payroll Services.
