Joseph F Boulos

Joseph F. Boulos is the Chairman of CBRE | The Boulos Company, based in Portland, Maine. Mr. Boulos directs the development and marketing of major retail, office and industrial properties, the acquisition of commercial and industrial real estate, and the leasing and sale of downtown and suburban office space and has developed in excess of 2,500,000 square feet of commercial property. Mr. Boulos has also served as a United States Marine Corps pilot in Vietnam and a commercial pilot, flying in Laos, Africa and South America. He holds a BA and honorary MA and Doctorate of Laws degrees from Colby College. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Colby College, a former member of the boards of the Portland Museum of Art, Maine Bank & Trust, and a founding director of The Maine Alliance as well as the Maine Real Estate Developers Association, for which he served as President. He is a former trustee of Cheverus High School, Mercy Hospital, and the Maine School of Art.
