Wayne R Walker

Wayne R. Walker is the Principal of Walker Nell Partners, Inc., a business consulting firm. Mr. Walker focuses on corporate restructuring and turnaround management, corporate governance and fiduciary services. Prior to founding Walker Nell Partners, Inc., Mr. Walker was a Principal at two separate consulting firms. He has also served as Senior Counsel at the DuPont Company in Wilmington, Delaware. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of People for People, Inc. and the Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia, among others. He previously served as chairman of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity International. Mr. Walker earned his J.D. from Catholic University and a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University. Mr. Walker is an attorney licensed by the State Bar of Georgia and is principal of Wayne Walker Law Offices, PC.
