age 63, has been a director of the Company since November 2004. Dr. Pisano served on the former WHN board of directors from June 2002 until WHN's merger with us in November 2004. Since November 2001, Dr. Pisano has been President and Director of The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. From 1998 until November 2001, she was the Senior Vice President, External Relations of the University of Southern California. From 1994 to 1998, she served as the Vice President, External Relations of the University of Southern California and, from 1991 until 1998, she was the Dean of the University of Southern California's School of Public Administration. She also serves as a trustee of the John Randolph Haynes and Dora Haynes Foundation. Dr. Pisano's teaching career began in 1972 at the School of Foreign Service and the Department of Government at Georgetown University. Outside of the classroom, Dr. Pisano served as a White House Fellow (1976-77) for national security affairs at the National Security Council. In 1991, she was elected to the National Academy of Public Administration, where she formerly served as chair. Currently, she is president and director of the Los Angeles County Natural History Museum. She holds a B.A. in political science from Stanford University and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in international relations from the Johns Hopkins University.
