Robert Issai

Robert Issai has served as a member of the board of directors of Premier, Inc. since its inception in May 2013 and has been a member of the board of directors of PHSI and a member of the board of managers of Premier Plans since April 2011. Since 2006, Mr. Issai has served as the president and CEO of Daughters of Charity Health System (DCHS), one of Premier’s member owners. Issai currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of DCHS, the California Hospital Association, the American Hospital Association Health Care Systems Governing Council, O’Connor Hospital, Seton Medical Center, Saint Louise Regional Hospital, St. Vincent Medical Center, DCHS Medical Foundation, Marillac Insurance Company Ltd., Catholic Health Association of the United States of America, Health Professions Education Foundation, and the Preferred Professional Insurance Company. Issai is also a member of the board of trustees of the Catholic Health Association of the United States. Issai obtained a bachelor’s degree from Andrews University and an MBA from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
