Leslie joined Rosetta as a Partner in 2006 and was instrumental in its growth to being recognized as the #1 digital agency to watch in 2011, to then be acquired by Publicis later that year. Leslie was on the senior management team at Targetbase as a GM and SVP, in delivering growth that led to its acquisition by Omnicom in 1999. Leslie is currently with Merkle, a privately held CRM agency, where she is on their management team. Leslie is a visionary and decisive leader who establishes priorities and strategies that integrate new thinking and innovation to create success. She builds productive work relationships that led Procter and Gamble (P&G) to evolve their approach to media buying and helped Southwest Airlines become the most innovative and profitable airline in the industry. Leslie is a highly sought after advisor, due to her collaborative style and strong mentoring approach.
