Leslie was on the senior management team at Targetbase as a GM and SVP, in delivering growth that led to its acquisition by Omnicom in 1999. Leslie is currently with Merkle, a privately held CRM agency, where she is on their management team. Leslie is a visionary and decisive leader who establishes priorities and strategies that integrate new thinking and innovation to create success. She builds productive work relationships that led Procter and Gamble (P&G) to evolve their approach to media buying and helped Southwest Airlines become the most innovative and profitable airline in the industry. Leslie is a highly sought after advisor, due to her collaborative style and strong mentoring approach. Leslie is Vice Chair of Development for GLAAD. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas. Leslie resides in Princeton, NJ with her two daughters.
