Josh Kredit is Legal Counsel for Center for Arizona Policy (CAP), a nonprofit research and education organization committed to promoting and defending the foundational values of life, marriage and family, and religious liberty. One hundred-twenty-three CAP-supported bills have been passed into law since CAP made its first appearance at the state Capitol in 1995. Josh joined CAP in November 2011. As Legal Counsel, he is responsible for providing legal support for CAP’s mission in the legislative and legal arenas. Prior to joining CAP, Josh received his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, and his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University. Josh is a native Arizonan and is married to his high school sweetheart, Katie.
