Brian P Coulter

Mr. Brian P. Coulter is the Co-Owner of JBG Companies and serves as its Managing Partner. Mr. Coulter served as the Managing Partner and Managing Director of Development of JBG Companies. Mr. Coulter served as the President of Rosslyn Renaissance. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He was with The JBG Companies from 1986 to 1998. After the sale of a significant portion of JBG's portfolio and operating company to TrizecHahn corporation in 1998, he served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of mid Atlantic region of TrizecHahn Properties. He returned to JBG in 1999. He served as a Board Member of Washington Downtown Business Improvement District. He served as the President of Real Estate Group. He serves as a Board Member for District of Columbia Building Industry Association. Mr. Coulter holds a B.A. from Rutgers College and M.B.A. from Harvard University.
