Cecil D Haney

Haney is a retired four-star admiral, a career Navy submariner, and former commander of the U.S. Strategic Command. He retired from the Navy in 2017. He currently serves on the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Board of Managers, the Naval Studies Board of the National Academy of Sciences, the Center for New American Security board, and is co-chair for the China-U.S. Dialogue on Strategic Nuclear Dynamics for the Pacific Forum.
